Worth noting, if you can see this page, you are not firewalled off of our system. Try to remember the alternate sites for showing you your IP should you be firewalled here for example because you miss entered your email password wrong several occasions. One great one is:

www.MXtoolbox.com

which will tell you, for example if a PC virus turns you into a house sending out spam, if you are on a blacklist for doing so. It will also tell you which "ports" are open running services from your location. If you don't run a web server, run FTP file sharing or other crazy things like we do...then there should not be those service ports exposed. If some are and you are not aware of any reason why then investigation into why your PC (or router) is doing that would be in order I fear.

This would also be the public side IP used by any blacklisting service should you have an PC infection and somehow find yourself blocked by other websites or email services that check against IP based blacklisting.

For users NOT part of our WestIL.net Internet service, this info here would also be useful should your ISP randomly assign rolling numbers and you find yourself rolled to a "dynamic IP" held by the previous user who gave you a little gift by himself being on such a blacklist just prior. 

Don't get me started on the questionable usefulness of freebie blacklist services some ISP's so readily embrace. We ourselves use real (not free) technology to determine good from bad so are just here trying to give you some tech tools to determine "your numbers" the world sees as you surf  and to save you from going to the adware sites mentioned above just to get the info ;-)
